Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Limitra Labs collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated — 10 August 2026

1. Who we are

Limitra Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@limitralabs.com with any question about this policy or about how your information is handled.

2. Information we collect

We keep data collection to what we actually need:

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security, abuse prevention and service reliability.
  • Preferences. Your cookie choices and, where you have allowed functional storage, your light or dark theme preference.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles from your use of this website.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries you send us.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful bases are your consent (for non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in running a secure and useful website, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage technologies. Non-essential categories are only enabled with your consent, which you can change at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you — for example hosting and email delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted. Consent records are stored for twelve months, after which you will be asked to confirm your choices again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@limitralabs.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport, restricted access to systems, and regular review of our dependencies. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the data you entrust to us as we would our own.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, ask for your consent again.
